In this Market we have a lot of applications from the raw oil reception till dispatch of different final products. It is dosed different chemicals, some of them required for it application a special treatment where Mirbla, apply our experience. The quantity of chemicals application depends of the quantity of plants which have the refinery. In this important market we develop dosing systems; which many of them are integrated on the plant control systems, for the user have a total control of the chemical dosification, where the dosing pumps must meet API 675.
Can also install dosifiers system of gas, in this case LPG, which is a derivative of processing plants, and the refineries must sell in the retail. We use multiple dosifiers to inject chemicals which protect from corrosion and it checks PH in the primary distillations, "Topping".
The samplers are installed in several points of the plants, it function is obtain product samples, either raw material charge or sub products, to control the quality of the process. For this we have many models which adapt to each application. The samples are locked in small containers, which later arrive to the refinery lab for analysis.

Odorization of LPG in truck loading area

In the refineries be plants which produce LPG, this gas have 2 markets or are distributed for companies who compete with the Natural gas Distributors. Trucks are used for transport and these have to bring the odorized LPG. The odorant injection happen in the truck loading area, because maybe it is charged for another market and doesn’t have to be odorized like aerosol propellant, because of that are installed multiple equipments which have till 10 pumps to odorize 10 trucks at the same time.

Continuous Samplers without vent

All process of the refineries is analyzed by the lab, to see the quality of the raw materials, sub products or final products. For the sampling is reliable, safe and don't contaminate the environment, we have samplers without vent. These are installed in different points according to the oil policy, serving to API standards.

Multiple Dosing Systems

In many process must inject chemicals in several points at the same time, like corrosion inhibitors, for this we use pneumatically function equipment from ISM series, with manual commands or proportional commands.

There are processes which for their operating conditions, require special pumps, for this we use pumps from MMX series, with hydraulic diaphragm and FL 250 control system, for the user have all under control.
